On 1 March 2023, Grace Information Management announced the acquisition of Smart Storage, a leading document storage and records management company in Australia. Founded in 2008 by Smart Records Group, Smart Storage gained wide acceptance for its commitment to excellent customer service, innovative document storage systems, and competitive pricing.
As a wholly-owned, independent Australian company, Smart Storage has always been committed to supporting local. From the very beginning, they used Australian-made boxes to store files and continued to use local suppliers throughout their journey.
In 2013, Smart Storage moved to an Approved Public Record Office Storage Supplier (APROSS) warehouse, enabling them to expand their operations and offer even more storage solutions to their clients. The move was a significant milestone in their growth, and they continued to win major contracts as a result of their expanding capabilities.
By 2018, Smart Storage had established itself as a leading document storage and records management company in Australia. Proud of their family-owned, Australian business, they continued to invest in innovative technology and services that allowed them to stay ahead of the competition.
