Very professional, excellent service. They work at lightning speed and do a great job. Very efficient, very respectful. We were relocating from Sydney to Singapore and the team that helped us with our move yesterday were excellent. Highly recommend them. And I am so grateful to have met them. Moving can be difficult and they made it very easy for us.

We had a big move from Newcastle to Wodonga. I made contact with a lovely lady Savanna who organised a FaceTime quote showed her everything in the house and I got a quote back that day. Organised pick up everything was already packed so the guys 2 brother came early morning had it done in three hours. Next day got a call to say it was delivered to Wodonga and organised for drop off next day. Just amazing service no messing around. There got in got the work done. Good price to for such a large move.

Not inexpensive but the entire process from original quote through pick up then delivery including drop off and collection of the cartons was simply wonderful. Every staff member we felt with was professional respectful and friendly. The care taken at pick up and delivery to protect our property was impressive, making sure doorways and walls were avoided even to the point of putting a cover on the driveway to ensure the ramp feet didn’t damage it. Not just the removal staff but the admin people we had interaction with. None ever made us feel any issue asking questions or giving explanations We have already recommended Grace to a family member who will be using Grace too.

We felt supported through every step of our move: the first zoom call with Jamie-Lee as we walked around the house determining what was to be moved; visit from Alison a week before the move to assist us in any way with extra boxes, tape or paper; Brett & Matt were our removalists on the day and nothing was too hard for them, everything was carefully removed from our house, loaded and delivered in excellent condition. It has been a relatively easy process; the only stress we encountered was what we placed on ourselves. Would highly recommend Grace Removals and would strongly suggest you get them to oversee the entire process: packing, removing & delivering.

We were very pleased with Grace Removals. If you want the job done properly they are the ones to choose. The employees are well trained. I was kept informed at every stage. They placed all the furniture correctly were other contractors just dump everything in a pile and let you sort it out.

I moved from Sydney to Melbourne recently and chose Grace as they have a good reputation and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was not disappointed. The removalists on either end were friendly, helpful and efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing at all times which really helped reduce my stress levels! None of my items were damaged (although I did ask for my plastic tubs to be reinforced with some tape and they weren't). Overall I was really happy with the process, and I would definitely recommend them in future.

From the day we had the Grace representative come to our home to assess our move to the day the team unloaded our belongings, we had a positive experience. Allison and Jamie-Lee were professional and helpful including when we requested to change our date for packing and uplift. Every phone call to the office has been handled efficiently. Brett and Matthew packed, loaded at our old address, and unloaded at our new address with care, professionalism, and good humour.

We used Grace Removals for our move from Cairns to Brisbane. The guys were great, very quick and efficient unpacking and didn’t damage our house at all! We had lots fragile items and nothing was damaged. Even when they had finished unloading, the came and asked if they could do anything else to help us! That’s what you want when you move!

Picture a squad of powerhouse movers, shuffling our stuff around like pieces in a Tetris game as they loaded them onto the shipping containers. It was truly a sight to behold! Once we reached Queensland, we were met with the same level of professionalism. Aiden and his crew were efficient, patient, and pros at reassembling our furniture. We used Grace Removals today for our relocation to Twin Waters. The entire team were fantastic, the team leader Daniel was training a new member of staff and explained to us as soon as he arrived that the staff member was on his first day and we would hear him instructing more than what would normally be usual. The team done a great job and were extremely respectful. Although we had a couple of huge concrete tables which were extremely heavy and pushed them to their weight limit, at no time did they complain and simply got the job done. We highly recommend this company.

We both can not thanks grace Removals for everything, From the Newcastle team to the Gold Coast Team. The team in Newcastle were quick and had us loaded in just a few hours, Matt and the boys on the Gold Coast were amazing professionals, they went above and beyond to help us get everything in the house and even taking some packing away. I could not have asked for better experience, even with trying to organize an early move in time. I can 100% recommend Grace to anyone.

I found Grace very good to deal with. We were moving from Sunshine Coast to melbourne, with storage for several weeks in Melbourne. They were very careful with our stuff. I liked the good natured way the movers interacted with each other. There were extra benefits which made life easier, like leaving us with a bed, small table and 2 chairs following the removal day so we could stay in the house while cleaning up. They also agreed to deliver one 'Keep Forward' box early on arrival in Melbourne, leaving the rest in storage, for an additional but reasonable charge.
