Grace Ongoing Tenancy Management
The Grace Tenancy Management program is designed for assignees who do not want to sell their home in Australia whilst they are interstate or overseas on assignment. Assignees can focus on their assignment confident in the knowledge that their home will be professionally managed by a local real estate agent who will be responsible for the leasing of the property and management of the tenants, with twice yearly property checks attended by Grace. The program includes:
- Listing with a local, licensed property management firm, along with rental advertising
- Tenant qualification and selection
- Lease review, negotiation, and approval
- Monthly / YTD Reconciliation
- Payment of real estate agent’s monthly management fees (if required)
- For vacant properties, Grace will carry out periodic inspections, provide an annual report, arrange regular property maintenance, and assist with vacant property insurance
- Supported through our online portal, allowing tracking of all important dates and documents throughout the term of the lease
