Corporate property management solutions
The Grace Tenancy Management program specifically caters to corporate clients who own or lease numerous properties that are tenanted to their employees for a long-term period (6+ months). The program includes:
- A dedicated Grace Property Manager
- Management and audit of tenant rental payments and bonds
- Management of all ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
- Management of all cleaning and gardening services between tenants
- Connection and disconnections of utilities after tenant change
- Periodic routine inspections
- Key management and handover between tenants
- Payment of rates and taxes on behalf of the client
- Arrangement of furniture hire or purchase
- Management of household goods
- Facilitation of reports including occupancy, rent ledger, maintenance etc
Our Company Shared Properties program specifically caters to corporate clients who lease numerous properties that are tenanted to their employees for a short-term period (less than 6 months). The program includes:
- Services as per the Company Leased Program
- Facilitation of the Grace online booking portal for HR to book tenants in/out of available properties
- Connection of additional services including internet and streaming services
- Arrange linen, bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and white goods
- Manage consumables such as cleaning products, detergents, toilet paper, bin bags etc
- Manage daily and weekly cleaning including making beds and washing linen
- Installation of a digital lock or lock box at the property and managed employee access
- Payment of all ingoing/outgoing costs for the property
- Point of contact to the tenant for any emergency maintenance issues, as well as general enquiries
- Comprehensive reporting on occupancy rates to ensure cost effectiveness to the business, FBT reports, spend and cost reports etc
